While Using Rallista, These are Your Responsibilities
While using the Rallista app, it is your responsibility to do the following:
Drive in Accordance with Local Laws It is your responsibility to know and abide by local driving laws. This includes
- OBEY POSTED SPEED LIMITS;
- OBSERVE TRAFFIC SIGNALS, SIGNAGE AND ROAD CONDITIONS;
- FOLLOWING LAWS PERTAINING TO MOBILE APP USAGE WHILE DRIVING.
Drive with Valid Auto Insurance and Registration
Rallista requires you to have valid automotive insurance and registration for driving that covers you as the driver, your car, and any liabilities caused by your driving. In the case of a driving accident, it is your responsibility to have adequate insurance.
Rallista in no way shares liability for you driving or any liabilities or accidents caused by your driving. You accept full responsibility for your actions, including actions that occurred while using the Rallista App while driving and indemnify Rallista for any damages it incurs as a result of your actions.
Event Organizer Responsibilities
Event Liabilities
As an event organizer it is your responsibility to ensure you (the organizer), any venue owners, and other hosts are protected from liabilities caused by your event and any of its participants.
Rallista in no way shares liability for your event, your or your participants’ driving or any liabilities or accidents caused during or associated with your event. You agree to indemnify Rallista for any damages it incurs as a result of your actions.
